I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change the address, size and or color. If you have not received your tracking ID, we can try to accommodate a change, but we cannot guarantee this. We will try our best to help you. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you already received your tracking ID, it is too late to make any changes.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been worn or washed. If an item is returned in new condition you will receive a refund minus shipping. Please email customer support at email@example.com to inform of return or exchange. Ship item, with a tracking number, to the address below.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. Once your package has been shipped it is in the hands of the carrier and any issues must be addressed with them.
